Turnaround:
Turnaround time is 1-2 business days after we receive your artwork, plus ground shipping time (1-5 business days, depends on location). Items are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA.
Artwork:
The size should be 24x63, 31x71, or 47x83 (depends on which size you select), no bleed is needed.
Format can be PDF, TIF, JPG.
Color mode should be CMYK.
Resolution should be between 100 - 150 DPI

Shipping/Handling:
Shipping cost is based on within US 48 states. Shipping to AK, PR, HI cost extra and to be determined.
Returns:
All items must be returned in it's original packaging within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns. Original shipping cost involved in shipping to customer is not refundable.
